Analysing and Testing the Teaching/Learning Goals Represented in the Textbook for Iranian Pre-University Students

This paper sets out to account for theories and strategies in language classroom testing and its related issues in order to design an achievement test based on the language testing rules and goals presented in the first lesson of the Iranian Pre-University textbook. It also tries to outline the teaching/learning aims represented in the first lesson of the textbook for the Iranian Pre-University students.
